Our Approach With This Blues Series:

We realized we had yet to create our most important instructional series ever: The one that takes beginners, that have dabbled with the guitar, and turns them into great sounding guitarists... that can play the blues and learn on their own, without a teacher... and in record time.

Lacking Motivation And Inspiration To Play?

These videos will crush any confusion, and puts you on the fast track to playing Blues. You'll always know what to play and as long as you put on the videos and have a guitar in your lap, this program takes care of the rest.

Develop Tight, Danceable, Rhythmic Playing.

Play Powerful Rhythms - You’ll develop a rock solid set of groove skills, along with fun ways to jam and create some nice blues music… with a band, at a jam session, or just at home.

Master the Building Blocks of Blues Guitar.

This course is perfect for beginners, and especially for guitarists that have had a guitar for a while, dabbled with it, but haven't gotten to the level they've always aspired to.

From learning the 12 bar patterns, to some basic riffs, licks, and scales. With these simple techniques under your fingers, you'll be able to easily play a variety of blues songs and styles.

How To Play Hot Blues Leads:

Conquer the Blues Boxes. Quickly learn the scale patterns on the fretboard, and when and how to use them. It’s never been simpler to learn from the Masters. Play some simple, soulful blues licks from the greats like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, B.B. King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and more.

Who Said You Have To Wait Years To Sound Great?

You’re at a party, full of your friends, acquaintances, that cutie you’ve been crazy about for weeks, and fellow guitar players from your local scene (that you actually respect and look up to).

One of them has finished playing a jaw-dropping guitar rendition of a classic tune, and the room simply can’t get enough of it…

Dude, I’d hate to play after this guy…” your friend says to nobody in particular.

But he’s right. That masterful performance would be pretty damn hard to top.

To make matters worse, there’s one of your family members there who’s excited about their new iPhones video camera and is posting all the videos instantly to social media.

You know there’s going to be recorded evidence of this party and musical event.

And as this guy is prepared to hand out the guitar to somebody else while he bathes in admiration, out of nowhere, you put your best foot forward and with a wink you comedically say “Hey, lemme show you how to play that thing!”.

Everyone laughs - Not just at your funny joke, but because no one has ever seen you pick up a guitar in the past. Ever!

Since some of the people there are your friends and family, you’ve managed to turn all of the room’s attention (yes, even that attractive woman) to you. Every second seems to slow down as you grasp the guitars neck and make the 10 short steps to the seat on the stage...

There are smirks on some of the guitar players’ faces in the room.

They’re eager to see an amateur play like a child, just to make a snarky comment about it.

However...

Instead of stumbling to place your fingers on the frets and wasting precious moments trying to remember the chords and note positions…

You confidently look into everybody’s eyes as you start up the intro to an instantly recognizable classic - WITHOUT even looking at the fretboard.

As you majestically pick out the notes and chords with silky smooth rhythms, everybody’s eyes widen, as your eyes start to gently close.

You’re playing one of your favourite songs, a timeless classic, without even looking at the guitar, and in fact, your eyes are closed.

You’ve entranced the whole room in a matter of seconds.

Even that attractive woman can’t take her eyes off of you.

You decide not only to play the song masterfully, but you dive into some really cool sounding improvisation before you circle back to the last chorus.

You even start inserting a few riffs and some hot licks here and there to make things more exciting.

Why? Because you know how... (plus, it sounds smokin’ hot!)

And as you finish, the silence in the room is replaced by generous applause, and the guy who played so beautifully before you pats you in the back and genuinely asks you…

“Dude, who taught you to play so damn well?”

You know the answer to this is great and with a slightly confusing 1-liner:

Who Is Mike B. And Why Is He Really Qualified To Teach You Rock Solid Skills In Record Time?

Your Image

In 2011, Mike was 20 years old and fresh out of music college where he graduated with honours and won a prestigous award for music excellence which awarded him performing at MuchMusic HQ in Toronto. He continued his launch into a career in music and got in touch with the “Vancouver Guitar School” (founded by fellow music school grad, Will Ripley). The 2 guitarists became fast friends and Mike became the lead guitar instructor reaching 1,000 students within his first few years of teaching. Making a big move out East to music central, Montreal, Mike toured heavily throughout Canada reaching thousands of audience members with his original music. Mike performs around the Montreal area and is the head 1:1 instructor at Campfire Guitar Star. He also publishes popular guitar lessons and has reached hundreds of thousands of guitar students with his video lessons.

Here's what Mike's got to say on the subject of teaching and learning guitar:

"My philosophy on music and teaching is simple. The better you get, the more rewarding music becomes. A good teacher will simple guide a student to that point where they want to play and practice, by using a process that keeps the student having fun and engaged throughout.

There is no greater joy for me than when I see my students accomplishing their musical goals, so I've made it my main focus to help people succeed on the guitar. There is something here for everyone. No matter what your level, it is my guarantee that you will emerge a better guitarist after completing this series."

The Secret To Playing The Blues...

Step #1 - Keep It Simple

That's right -- its not about getting complicated or doing a whole lot of crazy stuff. Mike is going to show you how to create nice sounding music with your guitar by following tried-and-true blues techniques, ideas, and songs.

Step #2 - Wicked Bends

That includes "vibrato" too. All the masters used one simple idea for making their blues leads epic. Wicked bends. If you thought you already knew how to bend the strings, think again. There's so much more to wailing on the guitar than just the ordinary basic blues bend. Discover new ways to create bluesy leads and easy-to-implement techniques for achieving killer tones.

Step #3 - Blues Guitar Is All About The Turnarounds.

This is one thing you can do to really sound like a blues badass: Learn to play some slick blues turnarounds. It makes people think you know a lot more than you do. The best part is that you work them into your playing fast.

Here's 5 powerful turnarounds that you can master quickly. They are pro level, no-nonsense riffs you gotta have.

Step #4 - Master Blues Chords

The ultimate guide to blues chords. I wish I knew this years ago. This alone is worth getting the course. Get all the "bluey" sounding chords installed into your fingers.
